Who would have thought a November Nor'easter? I really didn't even know anything about it until it was here! That shows how much I watch TV around here. We sure did get some rain and winds over the past few days. And then surprisingly we got a little relaxation time at home. It was nice being at home the past few days. Sleeping in and staying in our jammies. We will think about those make-up days later. Today Madison and I got out for a bit though. We had some things we needed to get and hey we were off, so we took advantage.
We passed the time inside during the storm doing different things. The boys played in their room, they played games, cleaned their room, snuggled under cozy blankets and watched TV and they put on a magic show! There really was minimal fussing! Madison caught up on some much needed sleep and did a little homework. Sophia was just Sophia. She was just happy playing with anybody. We read some books and experimented with her hair!
Now even though it was pouring down rain and the wind was whipping, poor Cooper had to eat! Dean was at work so Madison weathered the storm for her dog!
We could look at these past few days as God's way of saying, slow down, relax, and remember the important things in your life!
