This weekend was pretty full. But it is getting closer and closer to Christmas and that always seems to happen. It seems like we have something to do almost every night! We have to remember to slow down though and remember what Christmas is all about.
Our weekend activities started out right after I got home Friday afternoon.
Dean and I getting ready to go to the Chris Tomlin Christmas concert! We had a great time, Great music and message!
After the concert we went to get doughnuts again! They are just so good!
Saturday morning Braeden had breakfast with Santa! And Madison was also there. She was with the Key Club.
Saturday evening Madison, Nathan and I went to 'The Big Church' aka Great Bridge Church of God to see the cantata Rejoice. It was awesome! They really did a good job.
Afterwards we stopped at Sonic. I thought this was the best thing...a hand sanitizer dispenser at the drive-thru! Who would of thought!
Sunday morning Dean and I taught the middle school class. Here they all are waiting outside the door. This was part of the lesson!
Emily was the only girl in class...so I was her partner. We accomplished our task!
Dean in the middle of his story...
Sunday evening Braeden and I attended the children's Christmas party for our church. The kids had a good time eating, watching a movie and playing some games. Then they had practice for their little program they are doing this Sunday at church.
We had a birthday cake for Jesus! Natalie said the cake got a little messed up. But you could hardly tell!
He loves the microphone!
