One of our friends from church hosted a Financial Freedom Seminar tonight. We signed up first thing! There are lots of changes taking place in our lives or getting ready to change. We have already been trying to make plans and get prepared. So this was perfect timing! We want to be good stewards of the blessings He gives us. We want to take what God gives us and let it grow.
Matthew 25:20-21
20 The one who had received the five talents came and brought five more, saying, ‘Sir, you entrusted me with five talents. See, I have gained five more.’ 21 His master answered, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave! You have been faithful in a few things. I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master.
We want to be good stewards of what is important...time, finances, and prayer..God will reward those who do.
We got this nifty little budgeting paper tonight, so we are going to take what we have and plug in the numbers...Mr.Budget is going to become our friend!
When we came home I caught my babysitter painting her nails...
But that was okay because the baby was fast asleep...
